Abstract: The population buildup of yellow stem borer, Scirpophaga incertulas was experimented during Kharif, 2018 and 2019 at thr CRC farm of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology, Meerut, U.P. The infestation of stem borer was recorded on variety Pusa Basmati-1 at weekly intervals from 32nd standard week and continued till the 43rd standard week and 33rd standard week and continued till the 43rd standard week during Kharif 2018 and 2019, respectively.
