Author(s): Bhupendra Kumar Singh, VB Jaiswal and VK Kanaujia

Abstract: An attempt was made to evaluate the fungicides against the black scurf disease of potato caused by Rhizoctonia solani at farmer's field at different locations of district Kannauj during the two consecutive crop seasons of 2013-14 and 2014-15. The results revealed that all the fungicides were significantly superior over Farmer’s practice. Pencycuran (TO3) gave the highest tuber yield 340.42 and 343.22 q/ha and the lowest infected tubers 9.59 and 9.24% in 2013-14 and 2014-15, respectively over all farmer’s practice (control). The additional net income was obtained of Rs. 134661 & 129502 in Pencycuran treated fields in bothe the years respectively.
